European regulators have approved the Johnson & Johnson pill Zytiga as a treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer who have already undergone chemotherapy. Zytiga, which was approved in the United States in April, is designed to target a protein that plays an important role in making testosterone, thereby reducing production of the hormone, which can fuel tumor growth.
